Unit and Department Orders
Coins are the one item where quantity changes the math substantially — setup is charged once, so the per-coin cost drops fast. Ten or more gets volume pricing and a confirmed date up front.
Tell us your ceremony date when you first call, not after we quote. We'll confirm it in writing or decline the job.

Artwork and Insignia
Vector files reproduce best, but we can work from a photo of a patch and redraw it. At 1.5" fine detail matters — send us what you have and we'll tell you honestly how it will translate before we quote it.
You're responsible for having permission to reproduce your unit or department markings. We'll engrave what you send us.
Veteran-Owned Quality
Randy is Army, still serving. A challenge coin isn't a novelty item and we don't treat it like one. On a unit run, every coin gets checked so the last one matches the first.
